I have just read this book, it is a great read, Highly recommended. A perfect easy read that gets you thinking. Steven Black is an Author well worth following.

Starting in 2017, residents to vote directly for the leader of the city’s government, the chief executive. However a nominating committee, would be used to restrict how many and which candidates could enter the contest. This committee is dominated by pro-Beijing loyalists.

Leggings are not pants QATAR
State of Qatar, National flag. THE Arab emirate of Qatar has launched a modesty drive to insure tourists understand appropriate dress. It makes it pretty clear that leggings are not pants. The Reflect your respect campaign is managed by Qatar’s state-run Islamic Culture Centre, is informing visitors of basic modesty laws in preparation for a 2022 sporting event. On a leaflet the word “modestly” has been starred and a footnote reads: “Leggings are not pants”.
