Leggings are not pants QATAR
State of Qatar, National flag. THE Arab emirate of Qatar has launched a modesty drive to insure tourists understand appropriate dress. It makes it pretty clear that leggings are not pants. The Reflect your respect campaign is managed by Qatar’s state-run Islamic Culture Centre, is informing visitors of basic modesty laws in preparation for a 2022 sporting event. On a leaflet the word “modestly” has been starred and a footnote reads: “Leggings are not pants”.
